Background

Stephen Doyle is President and CEO of current Nicolet Capital portfolio company The InterFlex Group, a leading supplier of specialty flexible packaging solutions for the food and consumer packaged goods industries in the U.S. and Europe. Since leading a buyout of InterFlex in 2000, Stephen has grown the company’s sales and EBITDA ten-fold. During this time period Stephen and his team have completed, domestically and internationally, four acquisitions, three plant expansions and three plant consolidations.  Stephen has remained a major shareholder in InterFlex through partnerships with two private equity funds, including the 2012 investment with Nicolet Capital.

Prior to InterFlex,  Stephen  had  twelve years of U.S. and European corporate finance, strategic advisory and private equity experience with JP Morgan, Smith Barney, The Boston Consulting Group and Barings Brothers/CEA.
