Background
Brett Snyder has over 20 years of principal investment experience and has executed and managed numerous investments across a broad range of manufacturing, consumer and service businesses. For nearly a decade, Mr. Snyder and Nicolet Capital have focused exclusively on the Plastics, Packaging and Converting industry. He has led seven acquisitions in this segment and has served as an active Chairman of many of these companies.
Prior to forming Nicolet Capital, Mr. Snyder was a Principal and Member of the General Partner of Windjammer Capital Investors, a middle-market private investment firm. During his tenure, he was responsible for the firm’s Midwest investment activities and led four platform investments that represented a significant portion of the firm’s portfolio. He also played an active role in the overall investment committee of the partnership and led a number of internal strategic initiatives that contributed to the development of the firm. Previously, Mr. Snyder was with Prudential Capital Group’s Chicago Regional Office where he was responsible for originating, performing diligence, structuring and negotiating a variety of long-term private debt and other investments as a principal. During his tenure, he participated in or led over 40 transactions aggregating over $1 billion in investment value.
