Background

Bill Burke is an experienced senior executive who has spent most of his career in the global packaging and manufacturing sectors.  Companies under his leadership have provided products and services to many well-known multi-national and domestic food, beverage and consumer products companies.  Mr. Burke’s background includes President and CEO roles in both public and private equity owned global middle market manufacturing companies including the U.S. operations of many foreign-owned businesses.  He has demonstrated success turning around low-performing entities, streamlining complex business processes, launching unique new products and driving profitable growth strategies.  As a strategic thinker with hands on operating skills, he has aligned business goals with performance metrics to deliver results.

Mr. Burke was the President and COO of Nordenia USA, Inc. a manufacturer of advanced technical films and flexible packaging.  He also served as the President and CEO of Specialty Packaging Group, a manufacturer of cosmetic products and plastic packaging.  Prior to these assignments, Mr. Burke was President and CEO of both Schmalbach-Lubeca Plastic Containers USA, Inc., a $600 million manufacturer of plastic beverage and food containers, and White Cap USA, Inc., a $200 million manufacturer of plastic and metal closures and packaging machinery.
