Nicolet Capital recognizes the extensive operational and industry expertise of the company's existing management team. We appreciate that this knowledge is very specific to the particular needs of each business and do not attempt to run the companies in which we invest. However, our prior experience with challenges common to many businesses allows us to play an active, but practical, role in the value-creation process.
