Investment Team
Nicolet Capital's investment team is led by its President, Brett A. Snyder. The team benefits from an advisory board that includes senior executives who possess extensive operating and principal investment experience in three distinct domains— consumer product, manufacturing and business services. Nicolet Capital's President has worked closely with these executives in the past and they have each expressed a desire to co-invest alongside Nicolet Capital in specific transactions, offer their expertise in due diligence and serve as a resource post-closing.
Nicolet Capital has a formal, pre-arranged funding relationship with Sankaty Advisors, LLC. Sankaty, the credit products and fixed income affiliate of Bain Capital, manages over $20 billion of committed capital including over $1 billion that is available for middle market private investments. Nicolet Capital's offices are adjacent to Sankaty's Middle Market team in Chicago. We work closely with their investment professionals, industry analysts and other extensive internal resources at each stage of the transaction process. Two of Sankaty's Managing Directors are members of Nicolet Capital's advisory board.
